A Day at the Pumpkin Patch

We started off our day with the best pumpkin doughnuts.
Then we headed for the pumpkin patch. Once there we played
on the hay maze...

Jumped on a large pile of hay....

Checked out the animals...

And (what we do best thanks to all of mom's training)
poised for lots of pictures.

Marcus even found a ball to play with.

Marcus and the Pumpkins

While mom and sister's visited the bathroom Marcus found
all kinds of pumpkins. He also found lots of things that you
can do with a pumpkin. You can stack them, hold them,
use them as a drum and even ride them.

Dancing to "Thriller"

Tavein and Michael Jackson's "Thriller"

People get together every year to dance the Thriller. They all dance at the same time. It is recorded and sent in someplace so they can be part of making the Genuis Book of Record. Tavein participated this year.
They started dancing at 4:30 and finished at 7:00. It was lots of fun to watch her.

December 12th Wedding Cake

After talking with the Bride this is the sketch of the cake I have designed for her. The Cake will be an Ivory color with white and coral accents. The bride wanted their letters to be on top of the cake but these would have to be ordered and $89.00 for each letter was a bit out of their price range. She decided to go with ribbon coming out of the flower arrangement that will be on top of the cake. As you can see I have designed a cake with their initials on top. I like to surprise my client with something special and this is it. I will make the letters out of porcelain clay for her. I can not wait to see what the actual cake looks like. The cake will be a lemon flavored cake with lemon mouse filling.
